Ready for 100

Workshop and Update

In 2017, the Sarasota City Commission set an ambitious target to power 100% of the community's energy needs with renewable energy by 2030. Come hear how the Ready for 100 initiative is progressing and share your ideas on how to reach this goal.

Please attend our second community meeting for the year on the Ready for 100 initiative on September 25 at 6pm at the Robert L. Taylor Community Complex. At this meeting, we plan to review data on how we’re progressing towards the goal, review strategies and updates from the sustainability program and partner organizations, and facilitate a small group discussion to solicit new ideas to help us reach the target.
